Hi, I’m Jen, an illustrator with a passion for bringing stories to life through character-driven art. I specialise in creating expressive, personality-filled characters designed for children’s literature—whether it’s a curious animal, a brave young hero, or a whimsical magical creature.

Growing up in the 90s, I was endlessly inspired by classic animations like Scooby-Doo, Where’s Wally and Disney films, which sparked my love for storytelling and memorable characters. That sense of nostalgia and wonder continues to shape my work today.

I’m especially drawn to magical themes, and you’ll often find mermaids, dragons, and other fantastical beings woven into my illustrations. I also have a huge passion for animals, and love capturing their charm, emotion, and playfulness on the page.

Through my work, I aim to create illustrations that feel warm, imaginative, and full of life—inviting children (and the young at heart) into stories they’ll want to return to again and again.
